Our Process
Commonly, the presence of middlemen in the value chain drives the cost of coffee and spices up and leads to compromised quality. At Jajiste, specialized standards are upheld using the “Farm to Table” concept where the value chain is controlled from farm to export. With farming, and processing being controlled, middlemen are eliminated making this a premium product that is also competitively priced.
Growing
Varieties of spices are grown in our own plantations and local smallholder farmers land through different models including contract farming
Primary Processing
Our farmer’s harvest the spices and primary processing is done at farm level
Secondary Processing
Depending on the product, primary processed goods arrive at our facilities for final processing
Dispatch / Stock
Jajiste products safely reach the hands of our Local/International Buyers
Quality Control
The products are run through meticulous quality checks to ensure the final product is 100% safe and high in quality
